Boot , another statement painting in a brown watercolor wash with the blotted ink lines that I picked up from Andy Warhol at the time he was mentoring me back in the 1980’s. The word BOOT is stenciled along the side of the painting which gives the piece a bold presence. The watercolor paint on this piece has a bleached out feeling which gives it depth and a dynamic stance.
